During a Tornado season,the pecan tree is very IMPRESSIVE.At that particular time of the year,its leaves has fallen over,and it looks naked;But,because of its roots,it stands still.The stately oak,however,has absolute appearance of strength,but no roots. Do not give in the need to built a ministry for looks.Do what you have been called for by Your Lord God,Do it with Integrity. One year ,every church in which I conducted a meeting started a magazine and a Bible school at the same time.It tried in a very nice to explain to the pastors.I get involved,that i was called to do what I was doing.Every church started and failed at what i was doing.However,I would have failed if i had tried to  imitate them.The wrong motivation is a foundation of un-righteousness.The Lord will not not sustain what He had not built.If you built it in your own strength,that is how you will sustain it.Head the words of the scriptures how is saying."A song of degrees for Solomon;Except the Lord bui

Short cut -Deceit -Compromisation ,etc All this can produce quick result.It is to justify many of the short-cuts we take for the sake of the cause.None of these,However,produces security for the long halt. Many of the short-cuts we take cannot even be classified as a sin,but they do violate SOUNDS TO PRINCIPALS OF LEADERSHIP.The misuse of people or the misuse of power will bring an ending to some Ministries Any ministry needs a strong,stable foundation that can endure the STORMS OF LIFE AND SO ON.Many have good buildings but weak foundation;therefore they do not produce.Do you know that this is the main root that causes the tree to stand to a storm? Be careful in the word of God.Just make a strong foundation that can resist in strong storms during destruction all this could happen,but proper endurance,kindness,prayers and fasting will hinder the devil.With self-sacrifice and serious prayers will make you stand in those days of destruction. -
