TREMENDOUS DEGREE OF LOVE
We one a ministry to deliver weak people from their weaknesses.This require proper endurance and limitation to cover a full degree of mercy.One of the hardest thing in the world is RECOGNIZING THE FAULTY PEOPLE WITHOUT REJECTING THEM.
On one hand, our authority is established in mercy A man of mercy is a man of FAVOR. A good, judgmental leader only gains a following of IDEALISTS . Idealists loves you as long as you are PERFECT as soon as weakness is revealed, they are the first to turn on you.
A man of mercy, however has the opportunity to minister to the real need because a person will not be afraid to share his deepest with a man of mercy.
A man of mercy receives mercy for his own short comings. He reaps their mercy he has shown in the lives of others. He is never surrounded by IDEALISTIC INTOLERANT PEOPLE. He is surrounded by people who will defend and love him with the love experienced.
Mercy, However, should never become indifferent to sin. If our compassion leads US BEYOND BIBLICAL BOUNDS. It is not mercy, but HUMANISM, if our mercy makes us incapable of confronting the fear of man and not mercy at all.
Our goal in breaking fellowship should never be JUDGED. but restituted our motivation cannot be anger, but LOVE . The bible says, "yet count him not as an enemy. but admonish him as a brother" because of mercy, we should be more capable of confrontation that restores.
Wickedness among staff cannot tolerated. Do not lebel every problem and disagreement as wickedness. But when a staff member has real a problem it must be dealt with. A staff position is not a place to help or restore someone's staff members must be those who can help to carry the load not to be carried as a load or they cannot be a part of the load.
After our misplaced mercy keeps them on staff, thinking we will lose the opportunity to help them if we let them go. The truth is that they should be willing to step down, be restored and return to the staff an appropriate time, if they are unwilling, we are incapable of helping them.
Many people were offended at Jesus approach to helping them, when they turned away, however he did not chase them or explain to everyone why they left as one minister expressed so accurately," if they can be offended, they are incapable of receiving HELP. So the same mercy you would hope to reap you were the one with the problem".
